Embark on a transformative journey at the Illuman New Mexico’s Pathways to Connection (P2C) Retreat, where the focus is on rediscovering and caring for your true self, reconnecting with a supportive community, and deepening your connection to the world around you. This retreat is designed for men seeking to step away from the distractions of daily life and engage in meaningful introspection, authentic sharing, and holistic growth.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be invited to enter a sacred space of safety and trust, where you can explore the power within you and confront what’s holding you back. Through guided imagery, nature wanderings, and experiential exercises rooted in Jungian perspectives, you will be gently led through a trauma informed lens to uncover your inner strength, confront things blocking you, and reconnect with the essence of who you are.
As you participate in small council groups and larger group dialogues, you’ll find yourself opening up in ways you may have forgotten or not thought possible. This retreat isn’t just about listening to others—it's about deeply listening to yourself and being heard in return. Through activities like parts dialogue, reflective journaling, and psychodrama, you'll build a renewed connection to yourself, your fellow participants, and the broader world.
By the end of this weekend, you will not only have gained new insights but will have experienced meaningful shifts in how you view yourself and your place in the world.
